Our terms, in plain words

1. Who we are

Loopex is a French micro-entreprise (sole proprietorship, entreprise individuelle), SIREN 979 807 161. You can reach us at hello@loopex-agency.com.

VAT is not applicable: franchise en base de TVA, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). The prices we show are the prices you pay.

2. What is included

What each package includes, and its price, is described on the pricing page. The version of that page on the day you order is what you buy.

Small changes are included in the monthly price of Online and Online Pro. A small change is, for example, a new price, a new photo, new opening hours or a few lines of text. New pages, new features or a new design are not small changes; we quote them separately before doing anything.

3. What we need from you

To build your website we need your material: the answers to our form or questionnaire, your texts if you have them, your photos and your logo.

If your material arrives late, or you take longer to answer us, the delivery date moves by the same number of days.

4. Delivery and guarantee

Your website is online within 7 working days after we have received all your material.

If we are late, you do not pay the first month’s fee.

5. Revisions

Before launch you get 2 rounds of changes. After launch, small changes are part of the monthly price (see section 2).

6. Payment

You pay the setup either upfront, or in 3 monthly installments at the installment price shown on the pricing page. You pay by card through a payment link we send you.

With installments, your card is saved for the following payments. A failed payment is retried automatically.

If an amount is still unpaid 14 days after its due date, we pause the website until it is paid. As soon as it is paid, we put it back online.

7. Ownership

Your domain name and your Google Business Profile are registered in your name from day one.

Once the setup is fully paid, the website is yours: we hand over the files and the access on request.

8. Monthly fee

There is no commitment. You can cancel any month with a simple email. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current month.

9. If you stop

You keep your domain, your Google profile and your accounts.

We hand the website over to you, or to whoever you choose, for free.

10. No ranking guarantee

We promise the work and we show you the results every month. Nobody can honestly guarantee a position on Google, and we do not.

11. Liability

If something goes wrong because of us, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

12. Personal data

We process your contact details, your business information and the data in your check report, to prepare our offer, deliver our work and send you your reports. We do not sell this data.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@loopex-agency.com, under the GDPR. We answer within one month.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If we disagree, we will first try to find a solution together. If that fails, the competent court of Loopex’s registered seat decides.
